Job Description “CRM Consultant / Implementer"

The primary responsibility of the CRM Consultant is to become a “trusted implementer”, both in terms of CRM development and client installations. Client satisfaction is how we measure our success and Helios-IT consultants are known in the industry as being highly responsive with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. This is a true hands-on opportunity for someone looking for an opportunity to gain both business and technical consulting experience and helping Helios-IT’s customers realize the benefits of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy in conjunction with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software product.

Non-Technical Experience :

Takes ownership/accountability of assigned tasks (sees them through to the end, does not cut corners.
Works independently and accomplishes goals set before him in a timely manner.
Follows instructions and sticks to the task as it is assigned (i.e. not a rogue developer)
Experience working with Business Application.
Experience working directly with Customers / Business Users.
Experience troubleshooting issues and seeing them through to resolution.

Technical Skills :

Microsoft CRM

Technical Skills (Nice to have):

one or more of the following :

SQL & SQL Server Administration, SharePoint, XML, JavaScript and/or DHTML, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years software development experience.
