Helios-IT certified to implement DMS Incadea for VW Group

Helios-IT just received certification for implementing the Dealer Management System Incadea in the VW and Audi network. The leading supplier of software solutions for the automobile industry wants to get ready for a possible tender for VW and Audi dealers in Belgium,
Luxemburg and the Netherlands, after a successful Incadea route at BMW and alongside its current activities at Toyota, Lexus, Mercedes and Opel.

Incadea is an international Dealer Management System (called DMS for short) based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. With almost 37,000 users worldwide, Incadea works with all the big automobile brands.

By organising training sessions at Audi in Ingolstadt (Germany) last week, the VW Group is helping several international vendors to master VW and Audi’s company processes. Helios-IT is the only Belgian party that is certified to implement Incadea at the VW Group. VW Group guarantees that certified vendors are trained to perform the implementation of Incadea® in conformity with the requirements of the VW Group in the Benelux.
