The Dealer Management System CarLO (Incadea.engine with specific GM interfaces was started up in the summer op 2008 at Garage Wittockx (Aarschot).  Ever since, all 20 users of the Opel/Chevrolet dealership work with this new application.  This was the first (pilot) implementation in Belgium of this DMS which has been approved by GM Europe.

 

"The conversion of the old system (EVA from ADP) went very well, this has been one of the most high-risk factors for garage Wittockx in the entire project.  The quality and the start-up were excellent, Helios-IT had provided sufficient staff with the necessary technical know-how."  according to Rudi Wittockx.

Since years, Opel Dealership Bounameaux is an established name in the region of Luik.  With headquarters in Sclessin and two other sites, one at Visé and the other at Grivegnée, this was a the first multi-site implementation in the Opel network for Helios-IT.  This 32-user environment went live in november 2008. 

 

Interesting to know about this customer is that originally this was a Vectura customer of Helios-IT, before the switched to ADP.  Now they decided to switch back to the automotive know how of the Helios-IT team because of the smooth and professional partnership in the past.

Opel Dealership Groupe Motors, located in the Brussels Region (Ukkel) is a subsidiary of Groupe Mabille.  The first phase of this implementation was the transition of Groupe Motors from ADP to CarLO (Incadea for Opel-network).  This 7-users environment went live in January 2009.  Groupe Mabille are still working with Vectura (from Helios-IT)  for the moment, but the second phase of this project, the implementation at Group Mabille, will go live in October of this year. This will make it in total a 40-users implementation.
