However, we noticed that smaller dealers still needed a solution that was attuned their specific problems. Experience has taught us that many DMS systems on the market are rather cumbersome and not user-friendly enough for garage managers. Smaller SMEs want a solution that is completely integrated, user-friendly and within their financial means. What was Drive-IT DMS developed from? Drive-IT is based on WinCar, a package that has built up a solid reputation in the market over many years. Drive-IT is a completely integrated package with every functionality a dealer needs, from accountancy and car management to workshop management and time registration. When a new vehicle is registered in the system, you can choose whether it should come from one's own catalogue or the design engineer’s catalogue. The advantage is that all technical information can be registered automatically on the cars’ technical index cards in Drive-IT. This saves you a lot of time and mistakes. When a new car is registered, the system can make sure that the formalities for the take-over purchase of an old car, such as the VAT certificate, are filled in immediately. This means that all the technical details about a second hand car are automatically registered on the car’s technical index card in Drive-IT. It is also possible to connect with Car-Pass.
