Alex Vandereycken - CEO

Alex Vandereycken holds a graduate degree in informatics (IHGL-Hasselt). Having over 10 years of sales experience in mid-sized ERP solutions with companies like ASQ (Real Software) and Computer Support (IBM), Alex Vandereycken started as a partner of Helios-IT in the beginning of March 2001. Until Helios-IT has been acquired by NORRIQ, he has been mainly involved in sales & marketing on a strategic level. Being convinced that human capital will be the most distinctive asset in offering business solutions contributes to the purpose of creating an international group of highly performing Information Architects. Today, as CEO of Helios-IT/NORRIQ Belgium, Alex is convinced that joining this group is a step forward for Helios-IT. |

Bert Van Dessel - Board Member

Bert Van Dessel holds a graduate degree in informatics (Rega-School; an association of KU Leuven), a Master in Information Technology (VIK) and earned a bachelor degree in Economics (Breda Netherlands). Bert followed some specialized courses at Ehsal Brussels in Corporate Finance and Financial Accounting. Bert has an intensive knowledge of project management and achieved the title of certified Program Management Professional (PMP)
He was one of the founders of Solution Partners (which formed the basis of Helios-IT) after he acquired experience at Andersen Consulting and a local software company.
Today, Bert is responsible for the Drink-IT® solution (a vertical solution for the beverage industry) and takes up his responsibility as board member at Helios-IT in Belgium and the Netherlands |

Peter Moerman - COO

Peter Moerman holds a graduate degree in informatics. He was one of the founders of Helios-IT in 1989 together with Bert Van Dessel.
Today, Peter is Chief Operating Officer of Helios-IT, responsible for the operational aspects of the company. |

Jan Dijk - Partner

Jan Dijk was one of the partners of Vigeo Holding in the Netherlands which merged with Helios-IT in November 2006. With more than 11 years of experience in Sales with several mid market ICT companies, his main focus is to insure that customers are offered the solution that suits their specific needs. Being convinced that People make the ICT business, he also supports Human Capital Development. |
